Artist

Eline Hoogkamer has painted work since 1983. Her work had been initially figurative with strong enlargement as a result of which a recognizable abstraction arose. She has been designated for that on large paintings, which demonstrate the colorharmony as a characteristic for her work. She uses thereby mainly oil painting. The subjects on her paintings come alive; whether it is about animal- or human-figures or automobiles.

Her craze for African animals strongly reaches expression. Her work radiates warmth and vitality

Exposition

Much of my work (including Oldtimers) will be for sale from February 1, 2023 in Volksgalerie DVA by Diana van Agteren in Enschede under the motto: “Art is for everyone”.
The old Grolsch brewery in Enschede has been transformed into a large “threshold-free” living room with art by several artists.

Colorfield Performance project

Op 2 juni was ik aan de beurt: in 1 dag een schilderij maken bij het projectin Elst. Schilderen in het open veld. Het was die dag erg warm maar ik ben blij dat het gelukt is. Je kunt er nu ook al naar gaan kijken maar in de maand september zijn ze alle 500 te bezichtigen.
